Who Is My Hero

Who Is My Hero?

Do I have a hero?
Who is my hero?
There are so many people I admire
Some of whom I will never tire
People I love listening to
People who tell stories
People who lead other people
People who are brave and courageous
People who have that lovely gift of conversation
People who are talented
Who can write music
Who can play music
Artists who share their lovely gifts with the world
Musicians who play the piano like angels
So many angels
Gifted photographers
Gifted artists
Gifted leaders who see an injustice and work to right the wrongs
They work to feed the hungry
Heal the sick
Those people are my heroes

Who is my hero?
She dances like the light
She paints like she is part of the painting
She sings like an angel

Who inspires me?
Who walks with me?
Who guides me?
Who sees my talent – my gift – my song – my light?
That’s who my hero is

Who is my hero?
She loves me
She guides me
She cares for me
She knows me
She sees the beauty in the world
She shares that beauty with the world
She wants to make the world a better place
She wants peace in the world
She feels the pain of the world
She inspires other people

Who is my hero
My inner goddess is my hero
My inner child is my hero
My inner diva is my hero
My spirit goddess is my hero
My guiding angel is my hero

Who is my hero
People who understand me
People who hear me
People who see me
People who understand my gifts

Who is my hero
People who understand you
People who hear you
People who see you
People who understand your gifts

Who is my hero
My wonderful energy healers are my heroes
My friends are my heroes
My sister is my hero
My brother is my hero
My mom was my hero

Who is my hero
What is a hero
How do I know who is a hero
How do you know who is a hero
Are you my hero?
Who is my hero
